MyCoordinator is growing rapidly and we are looking for a results-driven Meta & YouTube Ads Expert to join our team.

We are looking for someone who understands how to generate quality leads, optimize campaigns, and scale advertising performance for coaches, healers, consultants, and business owners.

This is not just an ad-running role. We need someone who can think strategically, analyze data, and continuously improve campaign performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns • Create and optimize YouTube ad campaigns • Conduct audience and competitor research • Launch lead generation, webinar, workshop, and application campaigns • Monitor campaign performance and optimize results • Improve lead quality while reducing acquisition costs • Test ad creatives, headlines, hooks, and audiences • Manage retargeting campaigns and customer journeys • Track key metrics and prepare performance reports • Coordinate with Copywriting, Funnel, and Automation teams • Attend team meetings and update campaign trackers regularly

Requirements

• Proven experience running Meta and YouTube Ads • Strong understanding of lead generation campaigns • Experience with webinar, workshop, VSL, or high-ticket funnels • Knowledge of Meta Pixel, Google Analytics, and tracking systems • Ability to analyze data and make optimization decisions • Experience managing advertising budgets • Strong communication and reporting skills • Ability to work independently and take ownership of results • Experience working with coaches, healers, consultants, or info-product businesses is preferred
