MyCoordinator is growing rapidly, and we are looking for proactive, organized, and growth-oriented individuals to join our team as Customer Success & Growth Coordinators.

This is not a typical customer support role.

Our clients are coaches, healers, consultants, and business owners who trust our team to help them implement systems, stay accountable, and achieve their business goals.

As a Customer Success & Growth Coordinator, your primary responsibility will be to ensure a smooth client experience by coordinating between clients and internal teams, following up on implementation tasks, tracking progress, and helping clients stay focused on execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Onboard new clients and guide them through the initial setup process • Coordinate between clients and internal team members • Conduct regular follow-ups and accountability check-ins • Track client progress and maintain task trackers • Update CRM and internal reports regularly • Ensure clients complete assigned action items and milestones • Attend internal team meetings and provide updates • Resolve basic client concerns and escalate issues when required • Maintain a positive and professional client experience • Support team members in daily operational activities

Requirements:

• Strong communication skills in English and Hindi • Excellent follow-up and relationship-building skills • Organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven • Ability to manage multiple clients and tasks simultaneously • Comfortable using Google Sheets, Excel, CRM tools, WhatsApp, and email • Self-motivated and capable of working remotely • Prior experience in Customer Success, Client Servicing, Operations, or Account Management is preferred
