The Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic SDE 1 to join our team in a Remote role and contribute to the development of high-quality software products. In this position, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, build, and maintain web applications that deliver meaningful value to users and the business.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain scalable web applications using Java and modern frontend technologies.
Build responsive and interactive user interfaces using React, HTML, and CSS.
Design, implement, and optimize database queries and structures using SQL and MySQL.
Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices and coding standards.
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues to ensure smooth product performance.
Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities to support continuous delivery.

Required Qualifications

1 to 3 years of professional software development experience.
Strong hands-on experience with Java for backend development.
Proficiency in React for building dynamic and responsive user interfaces.
Solid understanding of SQL and MySQL for database development and querying.
Good working knowledge of HTML and CSS for frontend implementation.
Ability to work effectively in a remote environment and collaborate with distributed teams.

Nice to Have

Experience with REST APIs and integrating frontend applications with backend services.
Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
Exposure to testing frameworks and automated testing practices.
Understanding of Agile development methodologies and sprint-based delivery.
